Yea, I know it's not a "ranch" picture.....but I dooooo love to fish!!!

My goodness..... I was just thinking about updating this blog, and it seems I've not updated in over four years! Has it really been that long? Last weekend we had everyone up for Tina's (my sister) 65th birthday!! Debbie and Larry came in from Florida to help celebrate! Here's a selfie we took together!! LOL

While we were up there, we got the front fence re-built. The older white picket fence finally fell over (after 30 years) so I went back with a more traditional barb-wire fence to match the other side:

Next up is to re-skin the pump house. Anyone wanna come help? 'til next time.....

It's been a great weekend at O.U.R. Ranch! Special thanks to Mike, Ronan, and Matt for coming up and helping put the new roof on the porch! Post-construction included fajitas, cold beverages, and some much deserved relaxation!

The recent freeze did us in. Lots of burst pipes. This past weekend I got almost all of them repaired, with just a couple to go. We also put a new roof on the back bedroom. Special thanks to Mike for his help. Now, if I can just get my knees, my back, my arms, my elbows.....to quit hurting......LOL

Well, here's the new pier built by two awesome friends of mine: Mike and Ronan Gregg. They did this because they "wanted to". Wow, what great friends!!!!!!!!!!
